Position: Integration DevOps Manager – Romania (Fully Remote)

We’re seeking an experienced Integration DevOps Manager to lead and coordinate our client’s integration development team. While the focus is on strong managerial capabilities, an understanding of architecture and a solid technical background are highly valued.
The current integration platform is SAP Integration Suite – experience with it is an advantage, but not a strict requirement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Coordinate – Manage the customer’s integration development team, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery.
• Shape Support Processes – Define and implement efficient support procedures in close cooperation with the customer.
• Ensure Service Excellence – Oversee day-to-day operations, handle escalations, and guarantee high-quality service delivery.
• Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify and execute initiatives that enhance support quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Act as the Key Contact – Serve as the single point of contact between the customer and the support team.
• Support Integration Projects – Help plan, design, and deliver new integration requirements.
• Create Blueprints – Develop clear concepts and interface development roadmaps.
• Bring Expert Insights – Leverage knowledge of the customer’s integration landscape and industry best practices to ensure top-quality solutions.
• Foster Knowledge Sharing – Ensure best practices are documented and transferred to the DevOps team for ongoing improvement.
