Mendix Development Manager

Start Date: October 2025

Position: Mendix Development Manager – Romania (Fully Remote)

We’re seeking an experienced Mendix Development Manager to lead and coordinate our client’s low-code development team. While the focus is on strong managerial capabilities, an understanding of architecture and a solid technical background are highly valued.
The primary platform in use is Mendix – experience with it or other low-code platforms is a strong advantage, but not strictly required.

Workload: Full-time / Part-time

What You’ll Do

Promote Knowledge Sharing – Encourage the exchange of expertise and best practices across teams.

Lead & Coordinate – Manage the customer’s low-code development team, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery.

Support Multiple Teams – Lead 2–3 Mendix developers and 1–2 SAP Fiori developers, fostering effective teamwork.

Shape Development Processes – Define and implement efficient workflows in close cooperation with the customer.

Ensure Delivery Excellence – Oversee daily operations, resolve issues, and maintain high-quality output.

Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and performance.

Act as the Key Contact – Serve as the primary link between the customer and the development teams.

Contribute Technical Insights – Apply architectural knowledge and industry best practices to ensure optimal solutions.
