Senior Java Developer

Used Technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Serverless, Cassandra, Redis, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Scala, S3, Lambda Functions, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes.
Methodology: Scaled Agile for Enterprises using Jira.

Main Purpose of the Role:
As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will contribute to the development of scalable and resilient systems, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with architectural best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and maintain robust, high-performance software solutions.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems.
Collaborate closely with architects and technology teams to align system integrations.
Produce and review technical specifications to ensure high standards of software quality.
Drive technical innovation by designing and implementing proofs-of-concept when needed.
Establish and advocate best practices in coding, testing, and software engineering methodologies.
Work closely with DevOps and System Operations teams to improve platform stability, monitoring, and configuration management.
Identify and manage dependencies and technical prerequisites for feature development and system improvements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Support the CTO with technical insights for strategic decision-making.

Personal Competencies:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex systems.
Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
Ability to define and communicate technical strategies and roadmaps.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.

At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java.

Proven expertise in designing and building scalable, high-performance distributed systems.

Experience working with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and containerization.
