• Revolutionize our NLP stack: Refactor and optimize LangChain-based RAG pipelines for blazing-fast performance and smarter cost efficiency.
• Architect at scale: Lead a full PostgreSQL database overhaul, ensuring scalability, consistency, and reliability.
• Refactor backend systems: Break down legacy components into modular microservices that align with the new NLP and database architecture.
• Drive performance & security: Improve observability, testing coverage, and system hardening to meet production-grade standards.
• Innovate with AI: Experiment with external data integrations, vector search optimization, and model orchestration to deliver state-of-the-art AI solutions.

🛠 Tech Stack You’ll Love

• Backend: Python (3.11), FastAPI, Flask, SQLAlchemy
• NLP/RAG: LangChain, Weaviate, embeddings, LLM orchestration
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS (Secrets Manager, CloudFront), Terraform
• Collaboration & Quality: CI/CD pipelines, pre-commit, Poetry, Ruff, centralized monitoring

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Python experience (FastAPI, Flask, SQLAlchemy)
• Strong background in PostgreSQL schema design, migration, and optimization
• Proven expertise in LangChain, vector databases (Weaviate), and embedding models
• Experience with microservices & containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of secure coding, testing, and system observability
• A self-starter mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
